Return Policy

For order status information, or other assistance with an order you have already placed with C&L’s Store, please contact C&L’s

U.S. and CANADA SALES ONLY

C&L’s sells and ships products only within the continental United States, Alaska, Hawaii and Canada. No shipments can be made to APO addresses, United States territories, or addresses outside the United States or Canada..

MANUFACTURER WARRANTIES
If you discover what you believe is a product defect, please contact C&L's. Warranties are subject to the manufactures policies. Product failure caused by misuse or abuse voids all warranties. Warranty does not include labor and/or damage to other parts. For warranty return see procedure below.

RETURN POLICY
All returnable items are subject to a 15% restocking charge plus shipping cost. Items must be in brand new condition and packed in the original, unmarked packaging including any accessories, manuals and documentation that shipped with the product. Cut, painted or modified parts will be refused as nonreturnable items. All items are subject to inspection upon return. If you have received an incorrect product due to a C&L’s shipping, order processing error or warranty return, please use the following procedure.
• Please e-mail C&L’s to request a Return Material Authorization (RMA) #. A RMA request must be made within 10 business days of receipt of the product in accordance with C&L’s return policy (noted above.)
• If the RMA is approved, a RMA # will be issued. The support representative will also provide you with information on how to return the product to C&L’s.
• In order to speed up the process, the product must be returned to the C&L’s warehouse within 10 business days of the issuance of the RMA. All products must be packed in the original, unmarked packaging including any accessories, manuals and documentation that shipped with the product.
Note: C&L’s recommends that you use a carrier that offers shipment tracing for all returns and either insure your package for safe return to C&L or declare the full value of the shipment so that you are completely protected if the shipment is lost or damaged in transit. If you choose not to use a carrier that offers tracing, and insure or declare the full value of the product, you will be responsible for the loss of damage to the product during shipping. Please note that the US Postal Service (USPS) offers limited tracing capabilities and that there is a 30-day waiting period before the USPS will initiate a trace.

PAYMENT METHODS
The C&L’s Store accepts Visa, MasterCard and American Express cards. You may pay by credit card no matter which ordering method you use (Internet, fax, mail, or phone). At the time your order is placed, C&L’s obtains a pre-approval from the credit card company for the amount of the order. Credit card billing occurs when your order ships. C&L’s Store accepts cashier's checks or money orders as a valid form of payment. Personal or business checks are not accepted without preapproval. If you wish to pay by cashier's check or money order, you may place your order by phone at (830) 830-4216. The cashier's check or money order must be payable to C&L’s. Include a copy of your order, return address and phone number. ALL money orders and cashiers checks will be processed and cleared with bank before shipping products.

SALES TAX
Orders shipped within the state of Washington will be charged 8.6% sales tax. If you phone in your order, the C&L’s Store sales agent will tell you the final dollar total of your order including tax and any applicable shipping at the time you place your order.

SHIPPING OPTIONS
Customers may select USPS Parcel Post, USPS Priority Mail or USPS Express Mail as a shipping method. To better serve our customers C&L's may, at it's discretion, use Federal Express or UPS as an alternate shipping method. Shipping charges are based on the total weight of the order with USPS rates.
